MY COMPUTER IS DEAD
i found this notice on my pitch black monitor yesterday night:
Window can not opearate due to this following missing or corrupt file: \system32\hal.dlli so sad. i just bought the PC not so long
ago ler...
sob..how can this happen to me.. i know nothing about computer at all..the worst news is ..i ge khiang act smart lor and reinstall everything back to factory setting...not only the computer still show me black face, all my data were gone...all my photoes and files and cute animation and my fb photoes were all but pirture memories...
What should i do?? such a dummy.
So this morning i am really distraught by it. Actually i should not act too rash about it. I should first of all called IT people. Then follow their wise advises..sigh no turning back..
One more regret... knowing i put partition on my harddisk i should have save my work in the D drive and not C...
Ok guys out there, if u are just as ge khiang as me. Follow my 2 cent worth advise:
First and foremost do not do anything even if it make sense to you.
Second called IT professional, not that you should trust your friends skill,just precaution.
Third get some sleep because when you were awake you just cant stop thinking about how silly you are for deleting unfamiliar files.
Fourth Create a partition in your harddisk, dont ask me how..hor just asked the IT guys.
Fifth backup your files in D drive.
