Just came back from a very awesome teens retreat.

Its been a year since I joined the Youth Ministry, when I first joined as a teen worker, I was really struggling to find friendship and relationships, but I can say that before the year 2009 closes, I am so happy to be in the teens ministry.

Despite the many heartaches and hopes that were crushed,I am so glad i stick on. To see the hearts of teens changing and their pure hearted love for God, just warm my heart.

I am so touched and inspired by God's work in the teens, He has really blesses us with so many victories this year. I need to thank Him for really just taking care of the girls, many times I was so distracted with my works that I do not have time to build on my spirituality and the spiritualities of my girls, I am sorry. I really hope i can do more.

Thats why i have decided to quit my hectic job and find a lesser taxing job, in this kind of time will i be able to?? But if God's willing It will be so.

I am so excited about 2009, how my girls are all going to JCs and Polys, no doubt many other struggles will emerge but I believe they will also gains some victories, if they manage to overcome the challenges.

Next year I will come out with resolutions, past two years i have never come out with any, i always though resolutions are just a decision of one day, if i really want to do it i dont have to write it down i will just do it, but come to think of it these two years without resolution i havent achieve many goals.. so I decided i still have to write it down, kinda to remind myself of my determination to achieve it.

So so..thats why i am so excited!!

Oh yah i really enjoy this year retreat, really AWESOME and also the extended retreat, really have so much bonding time!!
